The RAC is available for banquets, dances, reunions, wedding receptions and holiday parties.  The RAC has 16,000 sq.ft. of floor space and can accommodate groups up to 800 people.  The RAC also can accommodate smaller groups by partitioning off areas. 

The RAC has a food court and kitchen area that caterers may serve from.  All caterers must be licensed. 

Pricing varies according to the size of the group, length of the party, and options selected.  Once a deposit is placed to reserve a date, RAC staff will meet with the renter to discuss details of the event and create a contract.  

 

Rentals requests can be done by completing the RAC Facility Request Form.  This can be returned via e-mail, in-person or fax.
